RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time to avoid any cancellation fees. (See Refund Policy below).
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Early check-in may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
A valid government-issued ID and credit card are required at check-in.
Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 12:00 pm. Late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
Failure to check out by the designated time may result in additional charges.
SMOKING POLICY
Villa de Mama is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and common areas.
Guests who violate the smoking policy will be charged a cleaning fee of a minimum of $US100.00.
PET POLICY
Villa de Mama does not allow pets.
Service animals are permitted with proper documentation.
DAMAGE TO VILLA DE MAMA’S PROPERTY
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property of Villa de Mama during their stay.
Any damages will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
QUIET HOURS
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, and for the comfort of any neighbors, quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
Loud music, parties, and gatherings are strictly prohibited during these hours.
SAFETY AND SECURITY
For the safety and security of all guests, please do not leave children unattended at any time.
Neither Villa de Mama nor it’s owners or management are responsible for any lost or stolen items at the villa during your stay.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Villa de Mama is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or thefts that occur on the property.
Villa de Mama is not liable for any damages or losses caused by natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other unforeseeable events.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws Saint Lucia.
